SOUTHWESTERN PASTA SALAD

½ lb small macaroni, cooked al dente,

          drain well, cold

2 ears corn, cooked, cut from cob

1 stalk clery, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

½ bunch cilantro, chopped

2 oz can chopped ortega chilies

2 oz jar chopped pimentos

1 can black beans, rinsed

1 small can sliced black olives, drained

1/3 cup mayo

¼ cup olive oil

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1 tsp worchestershire sauce

1 tsp Louisianna hot sauce

1 tsp salt

½ tsp fresh ground pepper

let sit overnight, adjust salt, vinegar,

          worchestershire, hot sauce.
