THAI PEANUT SAUCE

 

Into sauce pan mix:

 

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup brewed black tea

1 tbls +1 teas sugar

2 tbls soy sauce

1 tbls sesame oil

1 teas chili oil     

1 tbls + 1 teas rice vinegar

 

simmer just enough to blend well

 

toss into warm cooked noodles

top with copped cilantro

and/or green onions
